Club Training is on the track every Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7PM at Galbally Community Centre. Training is also on offer on Sunday mornings offering the group a range of small easy miles to high miles and can be a very enjoyable morning. A lot of our runners are now making use of the strength and conditioning classes with Stuart Bell and Craig Whittaker of Peak Fitness at the Galbally Community Centre. These strength classes happen at various times throughout the week and Galbally Runners are certainly seeing the benefit of these sessions.
