Running coach Brian Taggart is on the track every Tuesday evening at 7PM at Galbally Community Centre. Training is also at 7PM on Thursday’s at the Track at Galbally. Thursday also sees some of the runners get some strength and conditioning work with Stuart Bell of Bell’s fitness at the Galbally Community Centre, where other strength and conditioning classes are offered through the week. Sunday morning offers the group a range of small easy miles to high miles and can be a very enjoyable morning. Galbally runners is open to runners of all abilities and goals.
